This building is for a growing automotive business in Wapello, Iowa. It has allowed the business to expand and offer new services to its customers. Specifically, collision repair is now being performed along with general mechanic services.
In-floor heat keeps the work-space free of tracked in snow and provides an enjoyable space to work through the winter. There are lots of windows placed high on the end walls and each of the overhead doors are entirely glass, giving the work area lots of great natural light.
His shop next door is actually steel frame construction. Post frame was chosen over a steel building due to its higher return on investment. He now swears by post frame construction.
